AVOID THIS PROPERTY – TOTAL SCAM EXPERIENCE Positive: Nothing as such Negative: This was genuinely one of the worst and most stressful stays I’ve ever had. The entire check-in and check-out process was a mess from the beginning. Nothing was smooth, nothing was organised. There was no heating in the ensuite bedroom, and the room was freezing. I reached out to the host and the management company multiple times — no one picked up the phone, and they didn’t bother replying to messages on the Booking.com app. Because of this, I was forced to book another property for my first night, as staying in that cold room was impossible. Absolutely unacceptable. The problems didn’t stop there. The fridge wasn’t working, and the host didn’t even know where the power switch was — something he should obviously be aware of. The ensuite bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be moved at all. Another major issue: there is zero mention of any deposit requirement on the Booking.com listing, but after booking, they refuse to provide check-in instructions until you pay a £500 deposit. This deposit was supposed to be refunded after check-out, but now the host is claiming he “can’t find the key” and is trying to charge me £300 for it. Completely outrageous. This entire experience feels like a scam, and I will be escalating this with Booking.com — and with the London police if my full deposit is not returned immediately. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. There are far better, honest, and more reliable accommodations in London.

Very pleasant and relaxing, this apartment we beautiful Positive: Spacious, clean and easy to locate Negative: The parking restriction between 10am - 11am obviously not the fault of the property owner however is a little inconvenient.
