Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, optimale Lage und sauber! Positive: Ausstattung, Lage war sehr ruhig, Negative: Teppich könnte erneuert werden.

This was a good family apartment with plenty of room, very comfortable, close to shops and buses to get into London. Positive: Space was good. Appreciated washer/drier. The location although a little further out from London than we would have liked and it not being next to a tube. I really enjoyed taking the bus so that was a surprise. Negative: Unfortunately the shower was a problem. I think there should tea towels and dust pan and brush and a broom but we used the vacuum cleaner instead.

Warm and comfortable Positive: We booked this property very last-minute after an unexpected change to our original plans, and we were genuinely grateful to find somewhere available at such short notice. The host was extremely responsive, and check-in was simple and straightforward, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. The apartment had everything we needed for the two nights, and although there were a few signs of general wear, it was warm and comfortable enough for our brief stay. Overall, we really appreciated having a place ready for us when we needed it. Thank you to the host for accommodating us at short notice. Negative: Carpet was worn and frayed in places
