Peaceful Canal-Side Flat in Dalston

Positive: Overall alright, the bathroom needs fixing and the apartment is cold. Still it's not a bad location and it's ok, would book again if there's not a better option. Negative: I was contacted by their customer service to know how the stay was. I said ok but the apartment is too cold and it has a hole in the bathroom floor. They apologised, told me they would refund partially (this was offered, I was just giving feedback) and then never provided the refund.

Positive: Location was great, apartment spacious and well heated. Negative: This is a review of Apartment 3, Bathroom needs complete refurbishment floor is rotting and feels unsafe, toilet detaching from wall, sink taps are threaded and leaking. Kitchen was missing some basic items eg tea towels, tongs, grater. Needs thorough cleaning. The most onerous information required in our English stay.

We enjoyed this spacious unit as the location was very convenient for transportation and walking. Positive: not applicable but having a full size kitchen was very nice Negative: There were just a few minor things that could be repaired or changed. 1. some of the kitchen cupboard doors were damaged 2. there were some gaping holes in the bathroom plumbing tiles 3. the sheets on the bed were very worn

Great and clean unit, complete with kitchenware and toiletries. The accommodation was comfortable, and exactly as described. It has many amenities and is near the station and restaurants. great for families.
