Stylish Apartment in Barbican

Non idoneo per una famiglia di 4 persone Positive: La posizione Negative: Difficoltá nel trovare la chiave. Comunicazione impossible con I proprietari. Prenotato per 4 persone ma c’era solo un letto matrimoniale, gli altri due erano materassi gonfiabili di cui uno rotto. Caparra da depositare x eventuali danni di 500 sterline senza la quale non ci avrebbero dato le chiavi. Prima di lasciare l’appartamento minaccia di tenersi 300 sterline se non avessimo spedito la foto delle chiavi depositate entro le 10 del mattino. Un casino perchè al numero che avevamo non si potevano spedire foto, e chiaramente non rispondeva e non ha mai risposto nessuno. Ritornati a casa riceviamo un messaggio che i soldi della caparra erano stati consegnati ma dopo due settimane non avevamo riavuto nulla. Alla fine si è risolto tutto, ma è stato stressante e poco professionale.

I liked the apartment but was showed on the Vrbo that there was a queen bed along with 2 twin bed but turned out to be 2 air mattress. Wasn’t happy about that. Then we had an issue getting the keys to work tried to get help and it took over an hour to have the issue of the keys resolved. Then we had no hot water in the shower and it took them 3 days to get the issue fixed after meaning text to them. Finally got to take a warm shower on our 4th day there in our 7 day trip and all they did was give us 30 refund for the inconvenience and stayed that was all they could do out of the almost &2000 we paid to stay there. But the only nice thing is was London was wonderful to visit.

We had an amazing experience while staying on this flat Positive: This place is perfect and the host is very kind! The room is cozy and clean and we had a perfect vacation. The place is also near and is accessible to nearby attraction. We will surely book the place again! Negative: None
