Due to construction work, The apartment address was a bit confusing, it tooks us a bit of time locating the property. Th Positive: The location and safety is perfect… Negative: Nothing! Except a new toilet cleaning brush and a bit of cleaning wouldn’t be bad.

Positive: La cocina estaba muy completa, lavadora, lavaplatos ..... aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones Negative: Que la 5° persona tubo que dormir en el sofa, pero no era sofá cama, había un colchón hinchable, pero para dormir un adulto, un día vale, pero 7 como estuvimos nosotros pues no. Podría poner q es solo para 4 o el 5 que especifique bien el dormir

Not Managed Well

You don't know exactly where you are staying until your deposit fee is at risk, so you kind of have an idea but your proximity to the tube, stores and train stations isn't told to you on booking, that's just weird. The place isn't tended well for a short stay, we had no hand towels for the bath or kitchen, no wash-cloths or dispenser soap, no coffee machine, no kleenex tissues or paper towels and typical spices like salt and pepper....just basic stuff you expect on a unit like this. This unit had NO HOT WATER or WIFI for 5 days. FLEX LIVING is the host and you get cut and paste messages from different agents that they are working on it over and over for days. I requested to be moved by VRBO but they pretty much did the same thing, a new message a new agent everyday and nothing. Finally got a small token of compensation from each but nothing compared to what I had to endure on an expensive trip with my son. The hot water and Wifi were finally turned on day 5. Unacceptable. There was some damaged areas that I guess you're supposed to discover and report, which I did. Broken curtain rod, cracked freezer drawer and a toilet that feels like it's going to fall off the wall. The remotes to the AC weren't working and there is no curtain in the living room to block the sun from a huge picture window.Could be a decent place but there's no one really invested in this property and any problems are really late to be corrected.
