Do not rent this property Positive: Only the location and high street around corner. Negative: To start with, it was not easy to locate the key. It took 2 hours to locate the key. The concierge has no clue about the key location and he clearly mentioned that he is not willing to help. I reached booking.com and I was told that the property manager will give a call and never got a call. After 2 hours, by going around the building I located the key box. Next bad experience was about the facility. I booked it for 4 people. It was my spouse, daughter and 80-year-old father. The property said it had 1 queen cot and 2 sofa beds as per picture. The sofa was good even enough for 2 people to sit and it was not a bed. Booking.com said, they have reviewed the property and have secured the infrastructure. After sending the website photo vs property photo, Booking.com was silent about it were not willing to comment. Booking.com mentioned that the property had 2 air bed. Beds was found but no pump to fill the air. Maybe they were expecting the customer to blow my mouth. I finally ended up shifting my daughter and father to a new hotel. Internet is mess and never worked up to speed. Forget about connecting to TV, it did not work for a normal mobile video call. Next problem is the washing machine, it could not drain the water and finally ended up washing clothes in laundry. All faulty equipment. I was bored of calling booking.com since wait time for the call was about 20 minutes for each call. This property is a cheat. They are not worth for the money. Till the end, no property manager heard us. The entire trip was spoiled and it upset us. I was also charged 500GBP advance which took 21 days to return after multiple follow-ups. The property has a back door which can be reached with no access card. Night time is a hub for all illegal activities in the back door step yard. The apartment is a ground floor and adjacent to the back entry door. Night time was mess with all sorts of noise. Request customers not to get cheated.

Amazing and Practical Positive: It was an amazing stay There is a self check-in and it's so easy to do. They have guides for all appliances in the property with photos and videos which made our stay really exceptional and practical. I never saw this before. I really enjoyed my time here.
