Cosy Double Room in Southfields

This room cost much less than others and so was good value.it was kept very clean Positive: A quiet area and very clean Negative: The carpet in the room is very marked. No wifi No plug for table lamp No hooks or surface to put anything in the bathroom

Positive: The staff were responsive, polite and kind. They offered a £50 refund for the untidy and dirty bathroom Negative: Property was located in a block of likely council flats and not what I expected. There are way too many codes to access the property 3 in total (One lockbox which is located away from the property for the initial front door key followed by 2 lots of 6 character digits for the main door and room). The room was clean but the outside hall way had stains on the carpet and the bathroom was covered in limescale and other people’s toothpaste stains.

Negative: The service is scam, fraudulent advertisement

Comfort and Cleanliness Combined Positive: Everything about this unit felt clean, fresh, and comfortable. The furniture and bed were cozy, and the decor was tasteful. A wonderful stay all around.

Super Cozy and Convenient Positive: Loved how cozy the unit felt from the start. Every small detail seemed thoughtfully planned. It was also located very conveniently to shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again.
