Spacious Room in New Cross

Positive: Franchement c'était tellement beau à l'intérieur on se voyait vraiment dans une maison typiquement britannique Comme à la maison avec tout les équipements nécessaires à l'intérieur. C'était paisible agréable d'être la bas en été surtout et de profiter de ce beau jardin J'ai fait pleins de photos avec mon fils Negative: C'était juste les anciens herberge avant moi qui n'avait pas vider le frigo du coup le personnel est passé automatiquement mais automatiquement pour nettoyer cela

Excellent séjour ! Positive: Facile à trouver, beaucoup d'équipement dans la maison, grand jardin ! Negative: Attention, lors de la réservation, après avoir payé on vous demande une caution de 500 livres, il faut donc avoir accès à ça sur son compte ! Et sinon, la propreté générale de la maison dépend des gens qui y sont, donc on peut très bien tomber, comme moins bien tomber.

Felt more like a hostel—uncomfortable, unhygienic, and poorly managed. Negative: Misleading photos and address, poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, overcrowded facilities, road noise was unbearable, and numerous unaddressed issues made the stay very disappointing.

Positive: There was a large amount of kitchenware, the space was quite roomy, with a big, spacious living room, plus furniture, two bathrooms, and quick staff response. Negative: There were several important issues during our stay. First, the cleaning was superficial — lots of dust and cobwebs in the room, and a lingering smell, probably from previous guests cooking strong-smelling food. For such a large place, cleaning of common areas should be more thorough and regular. Second, the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. The rooms are only separated by interior doors that don’t block noise at all. If you’re unlucky with neighbors, you’ll hear everything — conversations, noise, even intimate moments. This made it impossible for me to sleep throughout the week. Finally, the £500 security deposit was a surprise. It’s only mentioned in small print, so future renters please read carefully and be prepared for this extra charge.

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine ausgesprochen gemütliche und komfortable Unterkunft in einer guten Lage. Positive: Tolle Ausstattung. Sehr gemütlich. Alles top sauber. Auch die Mitbewohner haben alles sauber gehalten.
