TERRIBLE Positive: Location Negative: Let me describe the house to you. They only care about the money side of things. When I entered the house, it was full of dead insects everywhere. When I called the person in charge, they didn’t believe me and asked for photos and videos. After I sent them, they simply said, “You will sleep like that.” The next day, the cleaning staff who came said it looked very bad. I sent a message saying the natural gas was not working, but they kept replying with the same template message as if I was talking to a robot. The radiators did not work at all until I arrived. In one word: TERRIBLE. I also work in the hospitality sector, and I came for WTM London. In a hotel, there is always a final check 5 minutes before a guest enters the room. This company doesn’t have anything like that.

Donde el buen gusto se une a la hospitalidad. Positive: Un espacio limpio, elegante y con mucho encanto. Nos encantó lo organizado que estaba todo.

Excellent Experience Positive: Liebte das einzigartige Design und gemütlichen Touch. Fühlte sich sehr besonders hier zu bleiben. Negative: Ein fantastischer Gastgeber und ein fantastisches Haus.

Positive: Tout était parfait: emplacement, , propreté, confort, contact....je recommande vivement 🙂 Negative: Le matelas gonflable pour une 5ème personne, n'était pas du tout confortable. Pas de canapé lit disponible... .et peut-être penser aussi à rajouter de la vaisselle
