Stunning 2 Bed Flat by Richmond Park - The Flex London

Needs love! Positive: Nice kitchen, well stocked. Washing machine and dishwasher. Good area and location. Negative: Getting pretty old and grubby. Needs essential revamp. Sofa is way too old and dirty to touch, old dirty floors, constant smell of uncleanliness, old food smells and damp feeling, beds desperately need replacing despite fresh linin. Locks are inadequate and loose, and do not feel very secure. Old tv. Communal entrance is very slum like, with months of old letters and flyers and rubbish. Piles of bin bags right outside also isnt pleasant. Not a comfortable place really. A good clean functional kitchen though and a good safe area, not much else going for it and not enough to recommend it.

Good size space for family or two couples. A terrific home base for a week or more stay in the London area. Extremely convenient to District Line and to rail service. Close to shops, restaurants, scenic walks on the river and Kew Gardens.

Excellent Location and Comfort Positive: We loved how close it was to everything we wanted to explore. The bed was super comfortable, and the ambiance was peaceful.

The location is super convenient and the property is extremely above our expectations. It is very clean and the property very well managed. We enjoyed the our stay and would recommend to all travelers.
