Gorgeous 1 Bed Apartment in Poplar

Cozy place Positive: Great place! Super clean, with a lovely ambiance that made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. The host was excellent very responsive and clear with communication. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Negative: No issue at all while staying in the apartment

Great apartment for a family of four Positive: The appartment is new, it has all the needs covered and they provide you with very confortables air mattress as complementary beds. In general there are instructions available very well explained about the use of the facility. The attention by phone was kind and helpful. Negative: There are two things that could have downgraded the qualification however I have to differentiate, the facility is excellent but the company that administrate it could improve a lot. First, they did not allow me to enter into the apartment until an insurance fee of 25-30 per cent of the already payed cost for renting the apartment was done. I faced problems with that payment, only solved after calling the manager who did something on the company webpage. To clear the insurance fee I spent more than three hours at Heathrow with my family, working hard on the phone and computer until finding a solution after flying 16 hours. They did not accept to let me go in the apartment, rest, and work in a more confortable situation to find a solution to the insurance problem. At that time, the payment of the 25 nights was already done in advance at the Booking webpage (more than 5.000 usd). Second, I received a bad news while enjoying the first week of our stay in London, my mother got a severe Respiratory illness and we had to interrupt our journey a we went back earlier. We left the apartment after 9 nights and we had payed 25 nights. They refused to consider any partial refund or any special consideration, like transferring the payment (partial at least) for a future trip. I know it was my problem but I think it was an excellent opportunity to win reputation for the company they lost.

Till our next visit ♥️ Positive: The location was fantastic. We had everything we need like kitchen tools for cooking, and it was really quiet. Amazing! Thank you for accommodating us. We’ll be back for sure!:) Negative: we wanted to bring our dog as well but sadly its not allowed. but Everything was great so no complaints :)

it was an amazing accommodation Positive: Absolutely 10/10, we felt super comfortable in this flat, it has everything you may need and more. Location is amazing, the neighborhood is beautiful and it’s a short drive to nice cafes. Highly recommend, I would stay there for a month if I could :) Negative: there was no soap on the bathroom so we called them and they provided :)

Nice placeee :) Positive: The place was very relaxing and very spacious. Directions were spot on. Kitchen utensils were all complete. be back again!🙂 Negative: there were spots or dusts on the floor. its just minor though
