Spacious 2 Bed Flat in Crystal Palace

From bad to worse Positive: Location was good with a nearby bus stop, opposite a supermarket and close to Crystal Palace. Negative: Building common area was dirty as we entered. The apartment had some upgrades. First off, I paid extra for early check in as I had an event to head to. The access code was not sent as promised and when I eventually got on to the staff after waiting at the lockbox (which isn't on the compound by the way), I was able to access the apartment by the regular check in time. Refund for same wasn't offered but it was honoured when requested. There was no wifi during the stay - it was reported as widespread network issue HOWEVER the staff allowed techs to enter the apartment when we were NOT present, DESPITE our instructions NOT TO. There was no respect for our privacy or our explicit wishes that we were not comfortable with strangers entering the flat when we would be out for the day. This was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The wifi was never sorted during our stay of 6 days. The washing machine door could not close and therefore could not function. It even looked as though it had been pryed open a few times. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom had mold and a dirty shower head. Kitchen was well equipped but we dared not open the window as there was pigeon droppings right outside which is a definite health hazard. There was also no warning of this: when taking garbage out, you need to put a stopper by the fire exit door or have someone else on the inside to open the door for you else you WILL be locked out - keys in hand or not, there is no way to get back in from the outside. For the price of the place/disguisingly "professional" booking in addition to a security deposit - it was a horrible experience.

Tuve una gran estancia de una noche, cómoda y sin complicaciones Positive: Me quedé aquí solo una noche y, sinceramente, no pudo haber sido mejor. El lugar tenía una vibra genial súper limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Todo salió perfecto de principio a fin, y el anfitrión fue muy amable y fácil de comunicarse. Si alguna vez vuelvo a la zona, sin duda sería mi primera opción.

Positive: Het appartement is ongelooflijk ruim, met een open woon- en eetkamer die veel natuurlijk licht binnenlaat. Beide slaapkamers zijn ruim en comfortabel – perfect voor gezinnen of huisgenoten. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met moderne apparatuur, waardoor koken een plezier is. De badkamer is schoon en stijlvol, en er is zelfs een extra toilet – erg handig! De buurt is rustig en veilig, met gemakkelijke toegang tot winkels, cafés en het openbaar vervoer. Crystal Palace Park ligt op loopafstand – ideaal om te wandelen of te ontspannen in de natuur. Al met al is dit appartement een uitstekende keuze voor iedereen die op zoek is naar ruimte, comfort en een geweldige locatie. Een echte aanrader! Negative: geen

Well - maintained and clean place. Near with the places I want to visit and the restaurant near by is really affordable and yummy too! Highly recommended!
