Beautiful Studio Apartment in Paddington - The Flex London

The location was the only thing great about this place. The room was located on the 4th floor and there was no lift. This was not advertised as a walk up. All cleaning supplies including a vacuum and humidifier were shoved in the corner. No fan was left in the apt. I requested a fan and was brought one on the third day. I was also charged for stained towels. When I asked for a photo of damage, none was given and I was charged 100. This place was awful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Positive: I loved my stay. The staff's warm hospitality and exceptional service made me feel right at home. The room was cozy and comfortable, with stunning views that took my breath away. What truly stood out was the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to making every guest feel special.
