Sophisticated 2 Bed Apartment in Crystal Palace - The Flex London

Positive: The location and apartment was good. Was first floor so not too many stairs.Bus service was ideal for where I needed to go The warmth of the apartment was excellent . Beds were comfortable too. Negative: The television signal was poor. Could of done ✅ with a baking tray for the oven along with a tea towel.I usually take my own but forgot too.Having to take and send photos for the key drop off was hard for me. Had to wait till I reached my daughter's

Lovely Stay Positive: The property was presented very nicely. There was also some tea, sugar and coffee in the kitchen which was nice although it was open so not particularly safe as you never know what the last occupant did with it. The hosts were nice and were ready to help all day which is very nice as we had to extend our stay. The location is alright and there is an Aldi conveniently located across the road. It was nice to be on the half floor because we had our children with us not too far to go. Generally it was a nice stay. Negative: There were no hooks in the property to hang coats or bags. Although there is a lot of storage in the flat, I think a few hooks on the back of the doors and in the bathroom for towels would have been really great.

Un séjour paisible et parfaitement réussi dans un cadre chaleureux et confortable. Positive: La générosité de l’espace, le calme absolu, et la décoration soignée dans chaque chambre. L’emplacement est parfait pour explorer la ville tout en profitant d’un vrai moment de repos. On sent que tout a été pensé pour le confort des invités.
