Modern 1 Bed Apartment in Greenwich - The Flex London

Comfortabel Positive: Verblijven hier was echt een plezier! Het appartement heeft een knusse, elegante sfeer die me meteen thuis liet voelen. Ik vond het heerlijk om na een dag vol verkenningstochten terug te komen. de plek is rustig, praktisch en gewoon erg prettig om tijd door te brengen.

Comfortable, great location and super helpful, responsive host Positive: Great location and comfortable quiet apartment. Negative: Maybe needs a few more kitchen things… tea towels and a coffee pot would be great !

Disappointing. Positive: The property is very conveniently located on the river, a 10 minute walk to the station. There is a Waitrose supermarket and a number of restaurants next door. The flat itself was fine. Negative: The furniture and contents are very basic. Apart from cleaning products, there was nothing else in the flat. No coffee machine although there is a Costa’s coffee shop downstairs where coffee would cost around £3.50. The duvet was lumpy, pillows were flat and the bed linen old and wrinkled. We asked for replacements and were sent a duvet with orange stains on it. The dishwasher had mould and old food stuck to the filter. A mug had been used as an ashtray and put back in the cupboard. And an oven tray was used and not washed. If there was a fan in the bathroom it didn’t work. One of the balcony doors didn’t open. On the plus side, the managing agent sent a maintenance man out the next day and once they received our comments they gave us £120 in compensation.

Positive: The location of the house is perfect, it is very easy to reach everywhere, the beds are comfortable and clean, it was like our own home, we had a wonderful 5 days. All our questions were answered immediately. Communication was perfect. Thank you very much.
