Modern 1 Bed Apartment in Wimbledon - The Flex London

Stressful. Positive: Toiletries. The appartment was warm. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Negative: £500 deposit! Read the fine print! After paying for the nights, we had to pay an additional £500 deposit for our stay! I was traveling with my family and I explicitly emphasized that we were 4 people. Late at night we discovered that the apartment did NOT have four beds. Two of us had to sleep on durty air beds, for which there were not even enough sheets and the ones available looked used. The apartment is 650 m (0.4mi) from the nearest metro station. Much smaller than on the pictures. We had to send photos as proof that we had vacated the apartment on time, under threat of having £300 deducted from our deposit, which is impossible through the booking platform. I had to look for alternative options, which, given the lack of fast enough internet abroad on my mobile operator, was even more unpleasant and stressful.

Good stay for few days Positive: Location, public transport proximity and choices, local shops. Negative: Even though we booked the flat for 4 people, 2 of us had to sleep on the air mattresses which was not mentioned in the flat description. Quite of a hassle every night to organize the sleeping area. Had I known about the air mattresses beforehand, I would have not booked this accommodation.

Overall, I enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone. Positive: Extremely modern, very clean and tidy. Mostly we appreciate the fact that fans were provided knowing how hot it is at this time. Love the bathroom, very spacious. Also the washing machine is quiet enough for you not to be disturbed while sleeping or watching tv. The response time from the host was top tier as well. Great place, great location. Negative: Although I needed the exercise lol, I’m not a fan of having to do stairs all the time.

Très bon séjour et je reviendrai certainement ! Positive: J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant trois nuits et j'ai passé un très bon moment. L'emplacement est parfait — en plein cœur de la ville, à quelques pas des principales attractions, des restaurants et des transports en commun. C'était vraiment pratique pour se déplacer. Le petit-déjeuner a été un des points forts pour moi. Il y avait un large choix, des fruits frais et viennoiseries aux plats chauds comme les œufs, les saucisses et les pancakes. Tout était frais et bien préparé. Il y avait même un coin café avec plusieurs choix, ce qui était une agréable attention. Dans l'ensemble, je reviendrais sans hésiter, surtout pour l'excellent emplacement et le petit-déjeuner savoureux et bien organisé ! Negative: J'entendais du bruit provenant du couloir et des chambres voisines. De plus, le Wi-Fi était instable, ce qui était frustrant lorsque j'essayais de travailler. Malgré ces problèmes, le personnel était aimable et serviable, et le séjour est resté agréable. Je pourrais envisager de revenir, mais je demanderais probablement une chambre plus calme la prochaine fois.
