Attractive 1 Bed Penthouse in Streatham - The Flex London

It’s a scam Positive: Nothing Negative: We had an awful experience with this property and as far as I was aware booking.com had reported and taken it down, but I’m now seeing it back up. I don’t know if the property exists or if it looks anything like the pictures but when we booked (it was last minute I’ll admit that I think we booked on the day of arrival) we were asked for a deposit before they would release check in details and had to go through a strange process, however we never received the check in details, we tried calling and messaging the property and it all felt extremely suspicious and uneasy. In the end, after speaking with booking.com we were advised to cancel & get a refund, which they took care of. I never received any response from the property so I can only assume it was indeed a scam

Good place to stay. Positive: I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect and close to everything but still quiet at night. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Negative: Nothing. everything went well than expected.
