Sophisticated 5 Bed House in Clapham - The Flex London

Incredible Property and location Positive: I never saw such a modern and spacious house in London. The location 10/10; Property amazingly cleaned before our check-in, the appliances 10/10; the services provided by host 10/10. The communication 10/10 I am soo thankful for the host. Spacious house for large group families, convenient location for public transport Positive: Well I like how fast they responded on a same-day-booking request. I got cancelled last min from a previous rented house, and found this. It was a good stay for big families, the house looks clean , but still a little dusty at some point. The rooms are mostly spacious, the lighting can be adjust into dimmer or brighter. There's a tesco just right around the corner in just 3 mins walk, and also M&S food across the street. Clapham South underground station is just 5 mins walk away. Negative: Its a headache to travel with a rented car in London, no parking space available for most of the property, including this one, only street parking outside of the house which you need to move the car according to the parking rule timing, the officers will check almost everyday , we got 4 tickets during this week's stay in the morning. so end up we need to find a nearby car park to park our car for long hours during our day out, and come back to collect on our way home. Parking price is also high in London. As for the house, the dining table is a lil small for a group of 8 adults, and not really enough chairs to sit, but we can still squeeze in. The living room sofa is very modern but difficult for seniors with bad knee to sit and get up, and not so seat-friendly for pregnant woman too.

Overall the property is a good one. Great location, very near the underground, buses run regularly, lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of grocery stores too. The park up the street is a nice place to stroll, and the neighborhood is quiet. There are things that could be improved on. A binder telling how things work would be lovely, it took 3 conversations with our host to understand how to turn on the heated towel racks. The sofa is very low, and hard for adults to get off of. The kitchen is fairly well appointed, it could use a couple of baking trays. And the lack of cloth linens, we had one kitchen towel for 2 weeks (we purchased more) plus no potholders should be remedied.We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

Una estadía bien cómoda y tranquila Positive: Disfruté mucho mi estadía aquí. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario. La ubicación facilitaba moverme por la zona, y el ambiente en general fue tranquilo y agradable. Con gusto lo recomendaría.

Great location, wonderful property and responsive hosts. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
