If all the facilities had been working perfectly, this accommodation would easily warrant an 8/10 rating. The good l Positive: The location of the accommodation was excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe, providing a relaxing base for our trip. It is conveniently situated approximately 850 meters from Wimbledon Park Station, making travel relatively easy. Negative: This area significantly impacted our stay. Over the course of our four nights, we experienced major disruptions: 1. Hot Water: We were without hot water for two nights due to a broken system. 2. Internet: The Wi-Fi service was broken for the entire duration of our four-night stay. The property management team was slow to take action on these issues, which was frustrating. However, they were helpful in their communication and committed to providing us with a discount on the rental fee to compensate for the inconvenience.

The highlight was definitely the balcony—it offered a peaceful spot to relax with a coffee while overlooking a quiet street. The staff was very accomodating and incredibly responsive, check in process was smooth and provided great local tips. The location was perfect and close to public transport, restaurants and some tourist attraction. Highly recommended. We can't wait to comeback!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Wimbledon Park and the tube station. Negative: To be honest my stay was perfect I would not change anything else great communication from the host as well giving detailed instruction upon my arrival.
