Enjoyed our stay in the lovely apartment overlooking Thames Positive: Very lovely property in a nice location Secure facilities Negative: The process of finalising booking requires extra steps, in addition to booking.com process. This additional step causes some uncertainty ( had difficulty processing the transaction as my bank didn’t recognise it initially) Access to flat information is only available after the payment of deposit ( refundable). However the owners were prompt in their communication. We had a minor issue with access ( key fob) didn’t work but the building concierge were very helpful.

La proprietà era pulita, ben tenuta e accogliente, con una buona distribuzione degli spazi e tanta luce naturale. Ottima Positive: Mi è piaciuto molto quanto fosse ben tenuta e pulita la proprietà. La disposizione degli spazi era funzionale e sfruttava bene l’ambiente, e la luce naturale in ogni stanza era un tocco davvero piacevole. Mi sono sentito subito accolto e a mio agio. Anche la posizione era comoda—vicina a tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno.

Positive: Maravilloso anfitrión y una hermosa unidad. El check-in se realizó sin problemas y los servicios eran de primera categoría.

Neat and cozy apartment Positive: The neatness, fresh fragrance, and organization of this apartment are top-notch. I must commend the superb quality of its appliances and gadgets too, not to forget the beautiful view from the balcony. I'll definitely visit again and highly recommend.
