Charming 2 Bed Flat in the Heart of Camden - The Flex London

Negative: Arrived before midnight. Accomodation didn' t send code to open keybox, so I didn' t get keys. Nobody answered the phone, so I was on the streets with my family at midnight. Took many hours to find new place at night. Even the next day accomodation wasn't available through phone. Do not recomment this place, not trustworthy!!!

Overall, we liked the apartment. The location is was great as far as access to public transportation, but was also directly over a train line. The description did mention noise level in terms of night life, but didn't mention the train. There were no earplugs as advertised, but we had brought our own. The listed price is a base and coffee and AC cost extra. The description indicated one of the bedrooms had a queen and twin, but it is two queen rooms with air mattresses available. The pictures on the listing show this, but the description of the rooms on the listing was different so we didn't know what to expect. We were able to find the air mattresses, but were not given enough towels for the five of us. The building felt very safe and the rooftop deck was lovely. The bathrooms were nice with great water pressure in the shower. We really enjoyed having access to a washer/ dryer and the added living space. Overall, it was a good stay and a nice place.
