Overall, the apartment was uncomfortable and poorly equipped, making it a disappointing stay. Positive: On the positive side, the apartment was spacious, fairly clean, and within walking distance to the metro. Negative: We booked this apartment in London for four people, but the sleeping arrangements were very disappointing. There was only one proper bed and two inflatable mattresses, one of which didn’t even work. As a result, one person had to sleep on the unfolded sofa. The host provided another mattress the next day, but it still wasn’t comfortable. The fact that the apartment doesn’t actually have real beds (just air mattresses) was not clearly communicated — it was only mentioned in a small note on the booking, which felt misleading. On top of that, the iron desk was broken and overall it didn’t feel cozy.

Good stay Positive: Place is very nice and clean. Comfortable staying here after my long trip. Hopefully will be back definitely stay here again soon!! Negative: Just small issue like remote was missing but the host is really responsive and help us sort it. Thanks

The place was beautiful - looked exactly like how it was advertised in the photos. It was peaceful and relaxing - great place to unwind. Negative: conditioner was not enough for us so they gave more supply
